My goal as a therapist is to build a positive, supportive, non-judgmental relationship with you so that I can best understand and help you gain insight and to implement positive coping skills. I work with children, teenagers, and adults who are experiencing a variety of pervasive disorders. I typically use a client-centered approach so that I can best address my client’s own specific needs. I am a certified cognitive behavioral therapist with the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, and have training and several years of experience in the treatment of trauma.
