“The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.” – Lao Tzu
About Me
My name is Aracely Rosen and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been working with adults, children, and families for the past 20 years providing therapy and resources. I believe that everyone deserves a place to explore themselves and how to improve relationships with others. Challenges in life affect us all very differently and exploring how we can best address these challenges is the first step in making lasting changes that lead to life fulfillment. Let’s take this journey together and find a greater sense of purpose and understanding in life….
Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic approach is simple, just meet the individual where they are and provide a safe space to discuss goals and what changes they want to make to improve their life experience. I often utilize a Cognitive Behavioral approach to highlight the negative thought processes impacting effective behavior change. I always encourage patients to create their own goals for change and practice coping strategies that will challenge negative thoughts. Creating a better sense of awareness can help patients make lasting behavior changes.
