WELCOME!
“Wellness is the complete integration of body, mind, and spirit – the realization that everything we do, think, feel, and believe has an effect on our state of well-being.” – Greg Anderson
ABOUT ME
Hello, I relocated from England to America in my 20s, overcoming several challenges along the way. Helping others is one of my passions, in addition to music, my pets, and walking. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my children and spouse.
MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
I offer a caring, compassionate, and person-centered approach when clients join me in therapy. My hope is that you can share your concerns, feel safe and heard, and that we can work together to promote new perspectives, self-understanding, healing and growth. I integrate various therapies and techniques as we work toward goals, while promoting a balanced lifestyle grounded in the present.
THE NEXT STEP
I offer pre-teens, teenagers, adults, couples, and family therapy. To help you move forward in the process, I provide a complimentary consultation to help you feel comfortable with the next step in the therapeutic journey. I accept various insurances and cash pay. Don’t hesitate to reach out to discuss how I can be of help to you or someone you love. Call: (323) 577 3393.
