I attended Arizona State University and received my undergraduate degree in Psychology. After working in research, I went on to obtain my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Mental Health. I have also completed my 200-hour level certification from the Long Beach School of Yoga and I am registered with Yoga Alliance.
I work with clients ages 0-65. I have experience in helping individuals with a range of life challenges and diagnoses with Anxiety and Depression being the most common. Most of my experience is working with children, adolescents, and families. I have also worked with children who have Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disabilities, and are on the Autism Spectrum.
I am a trauma focused, attachment, and strength-based therapist and I often utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Play Therapy.
I provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in English or Spanish.
