Jackie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps people navigate life’s challenges, including trauma, substance use, and mental health struggles. She believes therapy is a place to feel truly heard and supported, and she meets clients with warmth, empathy, and respect. Jackie is passionate about helping people reconnect with their values, heal from painful experiences, and build the tools they need to create meaningful change. She draws on approaches like mindfulness, ACT, and attachment-based therapy to support growth and resilience. Jackie sees the strength and potential in each client and walks alongside them as they move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I am available for telehealth sessions. Fee is $150 per session with sliding scale available upon request.
