Welcome
As a Clinical Supervisor and Therapist in a collaborative private practice setting, I provide both guidance and supervision to a team of professionals who offer specialized counseling services for individuals, couples, families, groups, teens, and young adults. My practice is grounded in empathy, insight, and a commitment to helping clients overcome life’s challenges and rediscover their sense of balance and well-being.

About My Approach
My therapeutic work is rooted in a Client-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach. I focus on each individual's unique needs while helping them challenge and reframe maladaptive thoughts, emotional responses, and behaviors through goal-oriented, practical strategies. I believe therapy should not only help clients heal, but also empower them with tools to move forward with confidence and clarity.
With years of experience in both clinical and educational settings, I bring a sharpened awareness and a deep sense of empathy to my work. Whether a client is navigating emotional distress, life transitions, or long-standing patterns of behavior, I provide a safe, supportive environment for insight, healing, and personal growth.
In addition to my work with clients, my colleagues in the practice bring a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet diverse client needs, including Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

This program prepared me to work with students with exceptional learning needs and gifted learners across culturally and linguistically diverse populations.

  • M.A. in Educational Psychology, Counseling, and Guidance
This training emphasized a life-span approach to theory and practice in counseling, developmental psychology, and educational foundations, allowing me to integrate multiple perspectives into my clinical work.
