“Sometimes, the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life.”
— Naeem Callaway
Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support is a meaningful step toward healing and growth. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or working toward long-term personal goals, I'm here to support you with empathy, openness, and genuine care.
About Me
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families move toward greater emotional well-being. I hold a Master of Arts in Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Southern University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Counseling from The Master’s University.
Experience
I have experience working with clients facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, OCD, parenting concerns, adjustment disorders, relationship difficulties, and employment-related stress.
Therapeutic Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also utilize Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) in my work with trauma and PTSD survivors. I believe therapy should be a supportive and empowering space where clients feel heard, valued, and equipped with practical tools for change.
