Hi there, I’m Katie. I'm passionate about helping my clients develop greater confidence in themselves and their capabilities so they can overcome their challenges, create the change they want to see, and live the life they envision for themselves. I provide a warm, empowering, and compassionate environment that focuses on nurturing your wellbeing, healing, and growth. I know everyone has their own reasons for seeking support, as well as what they hope to gain and achieve during this process, so I strive to create a space for each of my clients that meets their individual needs and goals.
Throughout this process we’ll work collaboratively to honor who you are, your voice, and your reasons for being here. I utilize tailored interventions from different styles of therapy such as cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness. We can use targeted strategies to address specific concerns you have, develop your coping skills and tools, strengthen your abilities, improve your insight and awareness, and build your resiliency while holding space for you to share, explore, and better understand your experiences and self.
