About Me:
Each person’s reason for seeking therapy is different. Maybe it’s to help process painful experiences, gain insight and clarity, find healthier ways of coping, or develop a greater understanding of yourself. With each of my clients, I strive to understand their reasons and what they hope to achieve during this process. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you feel heard and one that promotes your wellbeing, healing, and growth.
Therapeutic Approach:
My theoretical orientation is humanistic. I recognize each client as their own person, respect their individuality, and accept them for who they are. Throughout therapy I work collaboratively with my clients to honor their voice and reasons for seeking support. I incorporate an array of interventions tailored to fit my client’s needs including cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness.
