Becoming a therapist is a mid-life career change for me. It is a career that I have chosen due to various life experiences that have put me in a unique position to be truly empathetic to a variety of situations. Supporting others during challenging times feels like a calling, and I am honored to be of service to others.
As the strength of the therapeutic relationship is crucial for change, my goal is to create a positive, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood. As an integrative therapist, I will use multiple approaches as we discover a customized fit for you. Client-centered theory is the foundation of all I do, but I will also utilize aspects of Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, among others. I will meet you where you are and walk beside you as we find the best way for you to move forward.
