I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. I identify as female, use she/her/hers pronouns, an Asian-American, a child of immigrants, and a first generation college student. I obtained my dual masters degrees in counseling and mental health services and professional counseling from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019.
I primarily provide individual therapy for adults who seek guidance to work towards the life they want to lead, but have been continuously derailed by adverse reactions to people, places, situations, etc. I see how early experiences inform the way we react to the world today, to understand where we can begin to create wanted change in the present. With awareness we can begin to interrupt the unwanted patterns and behaviors and begin to respond in ways more aligned to the life you want. I am trained in EMDR and integrate a variety of evidenced based practices such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to help guide you towards achieving your goals.
